My team and I disassambled the original appllication and created a new concept based on on modern user flows found in similiar apps. Over time we optimized different processes like onboarding, ordering and payement with methods based on user behaviour metrics.
Animations where created toghether with illustrators and developers and an optimized export was provided for easy implementation in the development phase.
